I think it'd be useful and pragmatic to have the status extensions
available, but perhaps out of core. I've only heavily piggybacked on
422 for clearer distinction from the catch-all 400 Bad Request.
Otherwise, the RFC is useful for its take on some REST interaction
patterns but is otherwise an XML-soupy abomination ;) so I'd be wary
of trying to extract much more than these pseudo-standard status
codes.
