The Merb mailer has problems with TLS and merb-exceptions or multiple
recipients on 1.9. So if you don't need any of this you're happy. See
http://github.com/pk/merb/commits/master/ for log what I've changed.

There are some other minor issues/corner cases, like thor tasks,
mongrel adapter, slices, logger. I've for some of them quick fixes. It
takes some time to prepare robust patch so if you hit something let me
know.
