Here's an updated FastCGI config file that I verified works with the
bundler:

Does anyone know what the RUBY_INLINE environment setting is for? Is
that still needed? If so, we should probably add it to the config.ru
as well. Though I haven't had a problem running action-args on
passenger with Merb so far.
I've added two additional merb-gen commands that will be included in
Merb 1.1:
> merb-gen fcgi
Generating with fcgi generator:
[ADDED] public/.htaccess
[ADDED] public/merb.fcgi
> merb-gen passenger
Generating with passenger generator:
[ADDED] config.ru
