My '76 300D owners manual lists disk wheels for both the 240D and the 300D with: 5 ½ X 14 with 175 SR 14 tires on the 240D and 6 X 14 with 185 HR 14 tires on the 300D. The exploded view parts book also only shows steel wheels. The EPC doesn't list the option codes for my old car, and only shows steel wheels.
