OK Don, first try tighting the bolts. Some times the gasket 'shrinks'.

Seems to be down - is there another 616 manual on line anywhere?

I need to replace the gasket where the oil filter stand mounts to the
block, and it would be nice to see what I'm getting into before I
start removing bolts -
