Bob, If you think those numbers are high, I have an invoice from Mercedes-Benz of South Atlanta dated April 22, 2004 which has a shop rate of $99.00 an hour. It may even be higher now (don't know). It might not have been so bad if they would have done a good job. They'll never touch another one of my Mercedes as long as I own them.
