[MBZ] AC woes ! !

ok I have an 85 300SD whose ac never really worked that great from when I 
got. it. When I used to turn it on. It would sometimes take like 1 mins to 
starts the fan. then after like 10 mins it would cut out the fan. Well 
oneday that fan just stoped working. So I figured I had a bad AC controller 
unit. so I went to a junk yard and pulled one out of a 300D. Well now when I 
turn it on the the Fan stays on all the time but th e ac will barley cool 
the air comming out of the vents. I have had the Compressor checked. and it 
makes good pressure. I checked my Monovalve which had a tear in the 
diaphram. So I replaced it. To my surprise the ac still will not cool down. 
Any Ideas as to what I should check?
