My first guess would be oil seperator drain.

Inside the air cleaner housing is a vortex oil seperator. It is
connected via the breather hose to the rocker arm cover. It has a drain
that is supposed to fit into a pipe positioned invisibly under the air
cleaner housing. If anyone has had the air cleaner housing off and
_didn't_ know that the drain and the pipe needed to connect it is common
for them to miss. This would then mean that all that oil that is
seperated from the crankcase breather line is running doun the outside
of your engine rather than back into the crank case.

It could be the rocker arm cover gasket, it's probably not the head
casket.
