Loren, My experience with used KILMA relays is "don't bother, they never last very long". I even had several bad ones laying around. I took all of them apart and found that in every case, the circuit card was toast under the large relay. Apparently, the relay gets pretty hot when the contact resistance goes up and it self destructs.
Buy a new one from Rusty - they really aren't that expensive.
