Bummer. Another example of planned obsolescence. There was absolutely no reason to change the manifold fittings except to make consumers buy a complete gauge set. Well, you now have a couple of spare pressure gauges.
BTW, I got my R-134 gauge set from Harbor "Fright" for ~$60. Probably made in East Jesus, Pakistan, of indeterminate quality. They seem to work OK, so far. Thomas E.
