It's simple, really - easier than the email forum IMO. Just go to the web once per day and click the 'New Posts' link. Then read the threads you're interested in and ignore the rest. Works like a charm. Could get cumbersome if traffic were 100x what it is today, but for now it's great. It's also a permanent searchable archive, no extra work needed.
