Hi Alan, I take it the car uses a KE-jetronic(CIS/E) fuel injection system? Has the O2 sensor been changed in living memory? Find a decent(fully equipped) Mercedes specialist who is able to diagnose fuel pressures and not just guess away, that is our job. Also remember if these high performance motors don't get a good run every now and then they will tend to gum up with crap(how is that for a detailed technical term:-)
