Well at least two.  For heavens sake, nothing like this had ever
happened before, I guess unless you count the Kamakaze attacks in
WWII.  It was all over in an hour or two.  There was initial surprise,
disbelief, human indecision.  They were ready to shoot the forth plane
down before the passengers stormed the cockpit and crashed it.
