They are surprisingly easy to drive given the size of them. Maybe that is because you can sort of see the corners unlike today's cars. I worked with a lawyer who had a 1974 Sedan de Ville "way back when" and drove it a couple of times. My recollection is that it had a lot of miles on it and did not cause a whole lot of rrouble except for some sort of AC fuse or relay that kept blowing and being replaced.
