The price is what a willing seller and a willing buyer are willing to 
agree on.  So, yes, everything is negotiable -- I do it everywhere, and 
for about 20 seconds of polite effort you can often save a lot of money 
-- a very high payback in terms of $/hr.  It makes my wife crazy wen I 
do that.
