Yes, if they fixed it right.... My S350 survived with a bent rod until 
180,000 miles. Would have kept going if the head gasket had not blown.
I would not assume the rods are straight or the cylinders are round. Plan on 
a new engine - plus tons of little shit to keep you busy. Actually it sounds 
kinda fun!
