Maybe it is just me, but if someone immediately spouts off an answer to a question without taking a moment to consider it, I tend to suspect that either the questions were submitted in advance or the answer is memorized dogma. -- Unless it is an area where they are a recognized expert and the answer is second nature. I don't see _anything_ being second nature to McCain unless you are asking about Hanoi Hilton.
