Howdy - A couple of weeks ago I wrote about an intermittant low beam problem on my '91 300D - only the low beam on the pass side was affected - no problems with the fuse - but when I was checkng the bulb I found the push-on plug that attaches to the rear of the bulb had a strange problem - the center electrode connector was partially melted and protruded outward from the socket - making the outher plugs not connect I think.
