Yup it swings low, because of a broken spring. Tried the right front 
first, 1 3/4 coils broken away. Don't know how it stays there.
Chickened out on LF. So, being thrifty, I took the springs out of the 
bent one, lowest 1/2 coil broken off on both!!

Rusty, I mean no offence concerning the deposit for the Klann spring 
tool. The wife said no, or rather NO!
But I could spend $220 on a Chinese copy,  Women! Gotta love 'em!
The spring tool worked well, though I took precautions: tied the 
spring to the strut, wore heavy goggles, thick gloves, and fervent prayer.
