One would perhaps think that no one would pay anything..... but,
consider that some Americans contributed $2,146,846.54 so far during
2008 and $2,624,862.42 in 2007 to reduce the National Debt under the
terms of P.L 87-58. Those funds go to debt reduction only and never
are touched by Congress.
