I always wondered about Rev Jesse Jackson and his tax status - not sure how
he separates his brand of activism from preaching - wonder if he's been
challenged by the IRS?

That is up in the air right now. It is not 'black letter" law. The
pastors who endorsed candidates are testing this very issue.
