Typically a scam like this will start with a request for a deposit and talk of the car being held for shipment at a shipping agent - unavailable for inspection but once they receive a deposit they will supposedly ship the vehicle to a location of your choice - you inspect and accept or reject the vehicle. Of course, the vehicle never shows up and your deposit is gone.

I suspect if you search long enough you'll find the warts on this frog - else its a scam.
But the comcast email is a odd touch -
