My Grandmother was screwed over by a realestate agent who diguised the
buyer and straight misrepresented them as a single family. When the
timber company came into to tear the ranch down and cut all the trees
they left nothing but a scar on the ground. She could have gotten 2x
what she got selling it to a timber company but she wanted the land
preserved. More power to this guy. Odd but I like his style. Do lawyers
shovel the manure? Mortgage brokers to scrape the chicken hutch?
