I saw this on Craigslist in London ,Ont. Sounds very interesting and rare. 
Thought some of my neighbors in Ontario might be interested. It is a bit pricey 
though.

  That recall will still be in effect unless the part has already been
replaced. A call to Mercedes with your VIN number will answer that. The
part that's replaced is a plastic throttle bushing. The original
bushings fail from age and heat and I recommend that one be carried in
the glovebox of ALL 201 and 124 diesels. I had one fail only a few
months ago (hadn't had one fail in 4-5 years). I believe that every one
of the bushing on all of my cars HAVE now been replaced and only one of
the replacement bushing has failed again (the replacement bushings are
plastic vs the rubberized original part that gets soft when heated).

For some unknown reason, the exact same part with the same
characteristics in a similar environment used on 201s were NOT recalled
- but they failed in exactly the same way.
