If it was anything like the COBRA from my wife's former employer, it's going to 
be BIG bucks.,  Her COBRA (which covered the family) was about $1900/month.  My 
oldest son used his part of it (you can activate individuals or the whole 
family) and he was paying $485/month.  Ouch.
