Kaleb-- Really looks like a good look into all of the guide rails is in order- that means pulling the cover off, which is a job. But you've had pieces of broken guides traveling in and among the (formerly) good ones, which has likely damaged at least some of them. That plastic gets brittle with age and temperature. With the cover off you may be able to get a better feel for what happened before pulling the heads. But I'd start preparing for that OR looking for another motor.
