Previous job was with a family owned convenience store business in Michigan. (50 stores now) I managed stores, supervised store managers, started/managed a commissary/distribution center, developed a training position, and finally worked in loss prevention, employee retention, and developed and monitored customer service surveys. My job was eliminated (newest boss and I did not see things the same way). My new job came about from working with the company that conducted the audits at our locations. The audits I will be conducting consist of checking and reporting on the appearance, quality, presentation, dating and safety of the food service, coffee, fountain areas in the stores. The company I work with is Ritter & Associates. www.ritterandassociates.com They are based out of Toledo, Ohio.
