[MBZ] ADMIN, name calling, part 2, moron

The MORON thread has gotten out of control.  We now have people using 
profanity which is not appropriate.  This is the last warning on this 
issue.  Anybody who reponds to any threads about the moron comment or 
continues the flame war will be put on immediate moderation status.  Its 
a step I dont like to take but will in the interest of keeping things civil.
