Thats broadway title. What Im trying to do is avoid paying them $300 or whatever they charge these days. Guess it would not be illegal if they are doing it.

And there are always the folks in Alabama/Mississippi (wherever it is) that 
will title the vehicle for you - that's what I had to do for the 1962 300SE.
