last time I was down, there was one in Vancouver around Chaklov on Mill Plain. Has been there for at least 6 years. May have gone out of business and been taken over by not In & Out, but same building pushing burgers looking like an espresso stand.

Actually, In-N-Out is one of the few fast food places I'll stop at. There
isn't one too close to me, but I see them on the road a lot.

A friend of mine in snohomish lives for in-n-out, and is always looking
for excuses to drive to redding, apparently the closest one to washington.
