Wurth used to make both the silver paint and the clear coat, then stopped making the clear coat. Don't know about the paint.
I did a set of bundts back in the late 90s with the Wurth silver and used Minwax spray spar varnish (gloss) and it held up very well. I sold the wheels to a buddy of Marshall's that lived in Cleveland, and Marshall told me that the finish was holding up well after 2-3 Cleveland winters. I will add that the wheels were media blasted and very, very clean before they were painted...
