yea, its just the engine harness. When I had my old E420 that Craig has now, I was going to replace the harness because I figured it would need it but checked it over pretty good and I didnt see anything wrong with the one in there. Its was like $500 and something on Rusty's site, and not hard to replace. That was a V8, I would guess the I6 would be cheaper.
