That thought had definitely occurred to me, especially since I am increasingly unhappy with the performance of the car with the custom-made replacement. I had thought I would get used to the rougher idle as time went on, but instead it bothers me more and more. And the custom line is rusting like crazy, too---obviously made of inferior material compared to the originals.
