Or maybe and its more than likely that it is the compressor vacuum switch. I
am looking at 23 of the ETM.

I am looking for the Aux. water pump switch on my 1980 300D I beleive that
it is bad as it doesn't turn on the water pump, except when it wants to!
The diagram I have doesn't have the locations.
