I'm not going to waste time reading the ad but it sounds to me like you don't know that MB made such an SL with only the removeable top and no convertible top.
Pity they didn't see fit to show a photograph of the rear seat area, that would answer the question rather quickly. The CC's had more room back there, did they not? Else what's the point?
