Just received a refurb MacBook from Apple; 2 gig intel core 2 duo
cpu, 2 gig ram, 13.3" screen, 120 gb hd, Bluetooth, Airport, 9400M
graphics, etc., etc. for $750. Since kids paid part of it as
birthday presents, it cost less than anything else I could have
bought new, used, or refurb. Don't think anyone could tell it from a new one.
Ordered it on Sunday morning and completed the order without also
ordering the remote monitor adapter for fear someone else might beat
me to it. It's the cheapest refurb MacBook I've seen and I've been
watching the website for quite a while. It's charging now, and as
soon as several other jobs get done, I'll get an adapter from Radio
Shack and set it up as the main computer.
Just wanted to thank you Apple Mac guys for all the great
information and encouragement. Wouldn't, couldn't have done it
without your help.
