Slange!
Gathering of the clans in NH soon.
Went last year and enjoyed it, won't go this year, no budget.
Hadrian had the wall built with guard camps every few miles (stadia?) coast to coast to keep out the wild Scots and Picts. Not too successfully, the would slide in at night, slaughter all the roman soldiers and disappear in to the mist. Chowdah Q is a small but select group always looking for a few worthy members. Like, er, anyone who wants to come?

Well - welcome, family.
I am Gordon - one of the highland clans - can I say howdy to you?
Makes me even more want to make the long trek to the ClamFest '10 next
year - just to visit with family.
I always like the story my bagpipe band neighbor told years ago.
Hadrian's wall was built at the border between England and Scotland -
to keep the brutes up north contained.
