Hmph. At first I thought you were thinking Canadian dollars, but it appears you are right, Ed. A quick search of CL (google "635csi site:craigslist.org") suggests that you can get an immaculate one for US$5K, or significantly less for the less desirable colors (bronze with a white interior---yuk!). Considering what a nice combination of fun, comfort, and safety old BMWs are, I find that pretty amazing. (Of course the same is true of old Benzes, which is why we're all here...) SWMBO periodically reminds me that she has wanted a gray 6 series ever since watching "Moonlighting" religiously in her youth, so I guess this means I better start looking for one.
