I use picasaweb. Others include photobucket and flickr. It's quite likely your ISP has some kind of service for this too.
I've never been spammed by picasaweb. I don't use the others but I would be surprised if they spammed you much if at all. Give them a mailinator.com email address if you're worried about it.
