That is not a Smart. It's a 4-door and I've seen the rest of the photos some years ago. When the vehicles were separated, the young driver was revealed, torn in two and was a horrible mess as the close-in pictures show. The truck was hauling sugar cane and it's not in the US, maybe South America but I can't recall.
