My 2005 CDI has 101k on it. Still drives fantastic! :) The fit and finish is still excellent, as is the engine. The only thing outside of normal wear items (brakes, etc) is the thermostat @ 67k (stuck open), and a few months ago the plastic piece that ratchets the parking brake broke.
The battery might be getting iffy, which for a normal battery would be very reasonable. However, the car comes with an AGM battery that is supposed to last longer. Unfortunately, it is extremely expensive... as in... ~$250!!!
The only rattle I have is the lid for the storage compartment under the front of the passenger seat. It only happens occasionally, and is easily stopped with a quick tap.
