There where a couple of posts from you that should have been kept
private, when a business partnership goes bust it is like a divorce
(well a whole business relationship is like a marriage, you have the
courtship, marriage, honeymoon, grind, cheating, snapping at each other,
lying and finally it goes real bad).
Sure to a certain extend you where standing up for yourself but did/does
this list have to cop the fallout from that divorce?
You tried to keep it civil but Mr Hurst's outburst and allegations did
provoke a response or two, which I think you should have just sucked up
or replied with a standard response along the lines that you do not want
to bother the list with your private business affairs and will not
respond to Mr Hurst's allegations/rants on this public forum and anyone
wanting to clarify things should contact you off list.
To me it appears that you are the more professional person and airing
your dirty laundry in public does not enhance this view.
In your line of business it is important for people to know that they
can talk to you about problems and not get their head bitten off.
