Just wanted to let you guys know I'll be making a small run of replacement impellers for the aux pumps in a week or two.
Got a cad model done up right now, going to push out to the cam program later today. The electric motor came right back to life after a good cleaning with the blowgun/wipeall wipes/etc. Now it's on to finding/making a gasket. These pumps are quite simple to rebuild if you're mechanically inclined, only parts that would be hard/impossible to get are the spring and shaft seal. Brushes look easy to replace/make also, but mine were good. If the armature windings are smoked, that's a different story... not sure if it can be rewound or if it would indeed be worth it. Get a new one for peace of mind, but don't toss out the old one, It could likely be repaired/salvaged. I'll keep you all up to date as things progress.
