Yeah, coming home I just went south to Atlanta and then east to
Charleston. I think it was about the same time, give or take. I am
headed that way again first of April, will have to check those links. I
looked at google maps a bit and there is another road that looked kinda
fun, up through the mountains too.

I thought that doing the road through the park would be nice, which it
was until I got to Pigeon Forge and that other town there. What
abominations on the face of the planet. Took longer to get through
them, not even turista season, than driving through the park.

I-81. The Blue Ridge Parkway or the road through Smoky Mountain National Park is
also possible for non-commerical traffic.
