You might want to take it to a body or glass shop. You can remove the door liner first. the big problem is that generally one small piece of glass stays lodged in the track somewhere and screeches every time the window goes up or down. I have had one like that for 30 years. If the shop can replace the track whil e they re at it, it might be worth the price.

I can't remember how the glass goes in or out.
