Hello All Friend has a 77 300D. Overheats at idle and in traffic - and gets hot quick. The second it is on the open road it cools right down. Replaced water pump. Flushed, replaced thermostat and radiator cap, re-replaced thermostat. I haven't messed with it yet, so this is all second hand, and I will look at tonight maybe if you have some suggestions.
