I've got a 24v cordless impact wrench I bought at a tool show thats not bad at 
all for $99. It claims 250# of torque which is enough to break loose most 
anything 1/2" tools are good for. It'll put on lug bolts harder than it can 
take back off though so I always use a torque wrench.

I just got a flyer from HF today.  they have an electric rattle 
wrench for $40.  I think you can buy an air powered one at HF for 
$30-40.
