I doubt I will ever buy a new vehicle again, short of winning the lottery.  
Spending $30k-$40k for a vehicle and having that monthly payment is just 
something I don't want to be burdened with.  Just doesn't make a lot a sense to 
me, especially when you figure in the depreciation.

Yep, the plain jane pickup trucks are 25k, with few options.  Get some options, 
a diesel, something like that and you are over 50k.  Get a Tahoe or something 
with nav, dvd etc and your are close to 60
