Well I have had a look around at my ISP website and found that they do have 
some sort of anti spam filter in place, I disabled it and will see if that 
fixes it?
Unless my old email address heni...@ozemail.com.au has been disconnected from 
the MBZ list.

I bet your email provider is using a filter, probably the Cisco one, that kills 
all mail from the server that the lists are on. Randy Bennell had that problem 
a week before it hit you, and his bounce messages to Kleb gave a link to 
Cisco's ratings site, which at the time rated the server as "Poor". (The last 
time I checked, it had been upgraded to "Neutral")
