In my effort to sell a 14 year old oriental car (Subaru) I was subject to the most humiliating interrogation by a what I thought to be an interrested buyer. After numberous calls about VIN, what not, etc, he showed up two hr's late: #1) Brings web print-outs of vehicle specs (?????????????????) #2) Culprit has print-outs of KBB values (wrong car, thoughl) #3) Same yahoon takes floor mats up, folds seats any which way the can go, climbes in, on top and unfer the car and finally takes prospect game (my car) for a 40 mile test "spin" #4) Pulls the dip stick on return and tastes the HULIO on the tip of his finger. #5) Crawls under the car and comes up with a drop of HULIO on his finger: "LEAKING". #6) Offers half of what the state will tax it for (I clearly stated a sale price)http://houston.craigslist.org/ctd/1717855301.html All that after taking hours of my time and $ 5 out of my tank (AWD considered). BTW: KBB Retail $ 4200 / Private Sale $ 3600 / TX minimum sales tax assessment $ 2700 WTF?
